There is a working population of about 66 million people in Japan.
And, 6,350 million people have been having job.
The unemployment rate is 3.5 percent as low, and it seems that the economy in going well.
However, the fact is,
- Mismatch of employment
- severe labor shortage
- Expansion of irregular employment
- The lopsided ratio of job offers to job
Despite of the low unemployment rate, there is a phenomenon that economic downturn has occurred
Specific problems are,
The recruitment of work in the industry you want to work is reduced.
The recruitment such as general office work is reduced.
The jobs for the care industry and the construction industry is expanding.
And, many recruitment of irregular employment is increasing.
Unemployment rate is lowered by irregular employment, and it is only a temporary decrease.
As the workers change job fluidly, the unemployment rate is not reduced.
This problem has been closely related to the aging the population and declining in the birth rate.
It is said that Japan’s population will be a half in 2050.
We have clearly known to solve the problem.
However, it can not be resolved.
